Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) Engineering Department invites electronic bids for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of internal streets across 13 union councils in Lyari, District South, and two additional projects in Kemari District, Karachi, Sindh. The tender comprises 16 schemes with an estimated total value of approximately Rs. 565 million, including street rehabilitation works in UC-01 through UC-13 of Lyari, provision and fixing of paying blocks in Marvari Lane UC-05 Sadar Zone, construction of a football ground pavilion with boundary wall at Abdul Rehman Goth UC-02 in Mauripur Town, and installation of CC paver blocks with sewerage line replacement at Brohi Mohallah Jinnah Road in the Urdu Bazar area. Individual scheme values range from Rs. 19.989 million to Rs. 70 million, with tender costs of Rs. 5,000 per scheme.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in Category C-5 or above (Category C-4 for the football ground project) with specialization codes CE01, CE09, and CE10. Bid security equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a pay order, CDR, or bank guarantee in KMC's favour, alongside an Integrity Pact on Rs. 200 stamp paper. All bidding will be conducted through the EPADS SPPRA Sindh portal under a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Physical submission of bid security and Integrity Pact is required at the office of the Chairman Procurement Committee, Engineering Department, KMC, Behind Dawood Engineering University, New M.A. Jinnah Road, Muslimabad.

Bids must be submitted electronically via the portal and accompanied by physical documentation before the opening date of 17 September 2026. Bidders must quote rates in both words and figures, sign bids with company stamps, and submit non-refundable tender fees as pay orders from scheduled Pakistani banks.
