Description / Scope of Work
The University of Turbat has reserved funds for the fiscal year 2026-27 and intends to pre-qualify service providers for the procurement of repair and maintenance services for its university vehicle fleet. This is a non-consulting services contract issued under a single stage-one envelope competitive bidding process. The pre-qualification exercise aims to identify capable and reliable vendors who will subsequently be invited to bid for the actual delivery of vehicle repair and maintenance services. The procurement is national in scope and open to all eligible applicants meeting the specified criteria. The university will sign formal contract agreements with selected pre-qualified bidders following the completion of the bidding process.

Applicants are required to submit complete applications in accordance with the instructions provided in the pre-qualification documents. All submissions must be made electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal; manual applications will not be accepted. The evaluation will assess qualifications against the established criteria to determine which vendors meet the university's standards.
