Description / Scope of Work
The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division, Islamabad invites sealed bids and proposals from reputed contractors, suppliers, firms and workshops for pre-qualification of service providers during the Financial Year 2026-2027. The scope encompasses four categories of repair and maintenance services: workshop facilities for repair and maintenance of different makes and models of vehicles and motorcycles; repair and maintenance of all types of hardware and IT equipment; repair and maintenance of plant and machinery items; and repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures. All service providers must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and possess their own workshops, stocks, manpower and technical expertise. The location of operations must be in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, ensuring proximity to the procuring agency's administrative headquarters.
Eligible bidders must hold current NTN (National Tax Number) and GST (General Sales Tax) registration certificates, possess a valid Vendor Number, and maintain Active Tax Payer status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Tender documents are available in hard copy form from the Special Investment Facilitation Council Division, Prime Minister's Office. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to distribute business among multiple qualified bidders in accordance with Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
Sealed hard-copy bids must be submitted on or before 21 September 2026 at 1100 hours to the Section Officer (Administration), Room 234-B, 2nd Floor, Prime Minister's Office, Special Investment Facilitation Council Division. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of contractors, suppliers, firms and vendors.
