Supply contract for 100 all-in-one PCs to a federal institute in KPK.
Medium-scale procurement requiring FBR registration and manufacturer authorization. The tight 30-day bidding window and early 2026 deadline suggest planning-stage procurement. Bidders must provide technical compliance documentation and meet financial standing requirements. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure streamlines evaluation but demands accurate bid preparation.
Who can bid: Bidders must be FBR-registered with Manufacturer or authorized Distributor/Dealer status specific to this tender. Typically, Pakistani vendors supplying IT equipment must hold valid trading licenses, tax clearance, and relevant manufacturer authorization letters. Corporate registration (SECP) is normally expected. Bid security (2% CDR) and tender fee (Rs. 1,000) must be paid separately before submission deadline.
