Description / Scope of Work
Bahawalpur Waste Management Company (BWMC) invites bids for the procurement of lubricant and grease under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This is a single-stage two-envelope competitive bidding process designed to establish a framework agreement for the supply of lubricants and greases required for BWMC's fleet maintenance and operational needs in Bahawalpur, Punjab. The framework contract will govern the supply of these consumable items throughout the fiscal year, allowing BWMC to procure quantities as needed against pre-agreed rates and terms. This is a recurring procurement requirement essential for maintaining the company's waste management fleet and equipment in operational condition.
Bidders must demonstrate eligibility through appropriate registration with relevant authorities, valid tax registration (NTN), and financial capacity to supply goods consistently throughout the contract period. A bid security (earnest money) is required to be submitted in the technical envelope. Bidders should be registered with the relevant regulatory bodies and must provide documentary evidence of their eligibility, qualification, and the goods' conformity to specified technical standards. The bidding process follows government procurement regulations and requires strict adherence to submission procedures and timelines.
Bidding documents are available from BWMC and interested bidders must submit bids in sealed envelopes (technical and financial) by the stipulated deadline of 10 September 2026. The technical bid will be opened on the bid closing date, followed by financial bid opening for technically qualified bidders. Clarifications on bidding documents must be sought in writing before the deadline. All bidders should carefully review the technical specifications, terms and conditions, and schedule of requirements detailed in sections three through seven of this document. Contact BWMC directly for document procurement and submission inquiries.
