The Government College University Faisalabad in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various civil works and infrastructure development projects through the EPADS e-procurement system. The scope of work involves new construction, additions, and alterations of campus buildings strictly in accordance with Punjab Buildings Department specifications and MRS rates. Project requirements include comprehensive arrangements for materials, labor, machinery, and T&P, with specialized electrical installations requiring licensed contractors under Provincial Government standards. Interested engineering firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the Punjab Information Technology Board's e-procurement portal to participate in the bidding process. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically, ensuring all safety and regulatory precautions are met as per the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. All works will be carried out to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, following strict quality control protocols."
