Holy Family Hospital is registering pharmaceutical and medical suppliers for ongoing quotation-based procurement of medicines, surgical disposables and lab items.
This is a standing registration (recurring), not a single contract. Applicants must hold active DML and NTN status and pay Rs.35,000 performance guarantee. The walk-in on 19 September 2026 is a tight deadline for document submission and same-day interview. This suits established pharmaceutical distributors already licensed and tax-compliant in Punjab.
Who can bid: Applicants must possess valid DML (Form-11b) from drug licensing authority, active NTN status, CNIC, and documented financial soundness. Non-blacklisted status and no drug court conviction required. Typically, suppliers in the pharmaceutical and medical disposables sector must also maintain proper inventory management systems and human resources for timely delivery.
