Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Division No-1 Swat, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) bids from eligible firms and contractors for three works packages totalling approximately 14.809 million rupees. The procurement covers emergent nature works in Highway Sub Division No.1 and No.II at Saidu Sharif for the financial year 2026-27, and district development initiatives in Swat under ADP No. 240309 including re-construction and rehabilitation of RCC culvert at Saidu Shagai. All works are located in Swat district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The works will be executed on a single-stage single-envelope basis under KPPRA Procurement rules 2014 as amended, with completion periods specified as per work order for emergent works and standard timelines for development initiatives.
Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013 Act No.XXI of 2013. Required category of PEC is C-6 and above for emergent nature works. Bid security must be submitted electronically as a complete CDR (Certified Deposit Receipt) with bank name, CDR number and date submitted through the EPADS portal. All bidders are required to maintain current registration status and comply with all KPPRA notification requirements.
Bid documents and detailed instructions can be obtained from the office on any working day or downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal before the submission deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically as per KPPRA Notification No.S.R.O(26)/Vol: 1-37/2024-25 dated 24-06-2025. The last date for bid submission is 21 September 2026 at 12.00 hours noon, with financial bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12.30 hours.
