Bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized bidder representatives who wish to attend. Late, ambiguous or incomplete bids will not be entertained. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Clarifications may be sought from the Civil Engineer's office during regular working hours.
