The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore invites sealed bids for re-carpeting of roads in H Block Model Town Lahore under single stage single envelope bidding procedure. This project concerns the rehabilitation and resurfacing of road infrastructure within the H Block locality of Model Town, one of Lahore's established residential communities in Punjab. Only contracting firms with valid enlistment with Model Town Society are eligible to participate in this procurement process, ensuring quality standards and prior operational relationships with the society.
Bidders must have current valid enlistment status with Model Town Society to qualify for bid submission. The procurement follows a single stage single envelope procedure, streamlining the evaluation process. Detailed tender documents are available from the office of Civil Engineer at Model Town Society during regular working hours upon submission of a written request to the undersigned. Clarifications regarding bid requirements and project specifications may be sought from the Civil Engineer during standard office hours.
Sealed bids must be delivered to the specified address before 1:00 PM on 22 September 2026. Bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized bidder representatives who wish to attend. Late, ambiguous or incomplete submissions will be rejected. The Society reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to formal acceptance.
