Taluka Head Quarter Hospital Samaro District Umerkot invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) on a DDP basis for the procurement of 15% local purchase medicines and its allied items for the financial year 2026-27. The tender is open to eligible bidders available on the active list of tax payers of FBR or SRB, whichever is applicable. The hospital is located in Samaro District Umerkot in Sindh province. Bidders must download detailed bidding documents from the PPRA Sindh EPADS website or purchase them from the Medical Superintendent's office by paying the prescribed non-refundable fee during office hours. The procurement follows the Single Stage-one Envelope procedure as per SPPRA rules.
Tender documents must be accompanied by the latest Income Tax Certificate (NTN), valid GST registration, company profile, audited financial statements for the last three years, bank turnover certificates, Chamber of Commerce certificate, Sindh Food Authority certificate (for diet items), professional tax certificate, authorized dealership or manufacturer certificate, and affidavits confirming no litigation history and no blacklisting by any executing agency. Bidders must demonstrate minimum three years of experience with documentary proof and submit an earnest money deposit of 3% of the bid amount as a pay order or demand draft in favor of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Samaro. The bid validity period is 90 days.
Bid documents must be submitted electronically by 01:00 PM on 21-09-2026 through the EPADS portal. The tender opening will take place at 01:30 PM on the same date at THQ Hospital Samaro District Umerkot. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 non-refundable.
