Description / Scope of Work
ASF Islamabad Airport (Admin office) invites sealed bids for the purchase of drugs and medicines for FY 2026-27. This procurement is being undertaken by the Airports Security Force for their administrative operations at Islamabad Airport. The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope approach with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The goods and services are described in detail within the bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The location of the procuring entity is Islamabad.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as detailed in the bidding documents and must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to provide evidence of past experience, completed contracts, and average annual turnover as per the prescribed forms included in the procurement documents.
E-bidding documents are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/92464. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to access the documents and submit their bids. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.
