Description / Scope of Work
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), through its Liaison Office in Karachi, invites sealed tenders for repair, maintenance and minor works of buildings including electricification at multiple locations in Sindh Province. Six separate contracts are being procured under PPRA Rule 13(1) 2004: repair and maintenance at the Residential Area of APR-Somniani (0.5 M), Technical Area of APR-Somniani (0.5 M), Admin Area of APR-Somniani (0.5 M), POF Complex Karachi (0.5 M), plus term contracts for periodical services work at APR-Somniani (0.5 M) and POF Complex building Karachi (0.5 M). The total estimated cost on MES rate for 2025 including prevailing stage ranges from 0.5 to 0.5 million rupees per contract.
Eligible contractors must possess active taxpayer list (ATL) status and valid FBR Income Tax & Sales Tax registration as of the application submission date. Applicants must submit complete credentials including firm name and postal address, telephone and fax contact details, PTC and PEC Registration in Category C-6 (minor) with relevant specialization code, evidence of similar work experience with client names and addresses, valid NTN number and proof of active taxpayer status. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all pre-qualification applications and will disqualify those failing to provide required documentation.
Pre-qualified contractors must deliver tender documents to the Deputy Director, POF Liaison Office Karachi, Plot No. 252-A Sarwar Shaheed Road Opposite Press Club Karachi on 19-10-2026 by 1000 hours.
