Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat, Regional Office in Sukkur invites electronic bids through PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for procurement of office stationery and other miscellaneous stores items on annual running contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. The contract period extends from the date of award until 30 June 2027. This procurement is open to well-reputed firms, manufacturers, authorized agents, general order suppliers, stockists, stationers, and authorized importers of imported goods in Pakistan. All suppliers must possess NTN and GST numbers, maintain active taxpayer status with FBR, be registered on the Federal Board of Revenue's active taxpayer list, be registered on PPRA EPADS platform, and maintain proper shops or offices located in Sukkur. The procurement encompasses a range of office consumables and related items essential for the Secretariat's operational requirements.
Eligible bidders must be registered as active tax payers with income tax and sales tax departments and must have proper registration on PPRA EPADS. Each bid requires bid security of Rs.30,000/- in the form of a pay order in favor of DDO, Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat, Regional Office, Sukkur. Bids submitted without the required bid security will be rejected. Firms are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes. The competent authority reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 33 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Only sealed bids with original bid security and proper covering letters submitted on company letterhead will be entertained.
Interested bidders must download tender documents from www.mohtasib.gov.pk or access them through https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids and tender documents must be duly signed and stamped on company letterhead and submitted on e-PADS on or before 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Sealed bids with original bid security may alternatively be submitted to the Deputy Director (Administration).
