PNS MAKRAN, a Pakistan Navy unit located at Pasni in Balochistan, invites quotations from reputed, government tax-registered and HQ Commander Logistics (Pakistan Navy) registered firms and contractors for the supply of fresh water to the naval establishment during the fiscal year 2026-2027. Eligible bidders must be registered with all relevant government authorities and HQ Commander Logistics (Pakistan Navy). A bid security of 2 percent must be submitted with each proposal in the form of a pay order or bank draft. Shortlisted bidders will be required to obtain security clearance from respective Naval Authorities as per established procedures. All government taxes will be deducted from payments in accordance with applicable regulations. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any stage without providing mandatory justification.
Quotations must be submitted by 19 September 2026 at 1030 hours at PNS MAKRAN. All quotations will be publicly opened at 1100 hours on the same date in the presence of representatives from all bidding firms.
