Description / Scope of Work
NADRA (Procurement) invites bids for provision of HPE ARUBA Network Certified Professional (NCP) Campus Access Training under Non-Consultancy Services. The procurement is referenced as P110335 and will be funded from NADRA's reserved allocation for FY 2026-27. This is a national-level training service procurement using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique, to be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The training is intended for NADRA staff at headquarters located in Islamabad, Federal Pakistan.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and must submit bids electronically through the portal. Bid security is mandatory and must be provided in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The bidding document contains detailed terms, conditions, service specifications, scope of work, price schedule, general and special conditions of contract, integrity pact and performance guarantee requirements.
Electronic bids must be submitted on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM through EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/110335. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 should register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
