Description / Scope of Work
The office of AGE (Air) Kalabagh, under the Military Engineering Services, invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base Kalabagh in Punjab. The tender comprises sixteen separate work packages ranging from 0.500 to 2.000 months duration, with a combined estimated scope representing multiple facility provision works at the air base. This is a registered tender notice issued on 04 September 2026, reference No.6007-B/15/E-6, directed towards qualified contractors capable of executing defence infrastructure projects.
Eligible contractors must be enrolled on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C or D, with demonstrated experience in similar facility provision works. All bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a valid registration certificate; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Applicants must furnish documentary evidence that they are not involved in any litigation with Government Departments and that no outstanding special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) exists against them. Contractors are required to submit complete credentials along with their application for tender documents, which will be issued only after scrutiny confirms sufficient relevant experience and satisfaction of special conditions.
Applications for tender documents must reach the accepting office by 11:30 hours on 21 September 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 12:00 hours on the same date. Interested contractors may present themselves at tender opening. The accepting officers reserve the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning reasons.
