Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Eastern Zone CMG in Peshawar, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for beautification and improvement works at various locations including Khalisa-II, Mahal Terai I & II, Sikandar Town, Hassan Garhi-I, Din Bahar, Hussain Abad, and Rashid Town. This project, registered under ADP No. 949/251118 for the financial year 2025-26, has an estimated cost of PKR 50.00 million. The procurement follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure through the EPADS portal, in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Local Council Board, KPPRA, and enlisted with the C&W Department with active FBR status. Technical bids will be opened at 2:00 PM on 14 May 2026, and a 2% earnest money deposit of PKR 1,000,000 is required."
