Municipal Committee Mandi Bahauddin invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for execution of works relating to relocation of HT/LT poles, line and transformers for widening and clearance of Ward 5 and adjacent bazaars in Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab. The estimated project cost is PKR 99.368 million. The work falls under the procurement cycle for the financial year 2026-27 as per Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017, with the contract period running from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk at no cost. Sealed bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement System by 12:30 PM on 23 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 01:00 PM on the same date. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bid security on the system and submit original receipts from Bank of Punjab before the closing time. All bids must be quoted on item-wise basis with clearly readable rates. The Municipal Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Late, non-responsive, unsigned or unstamped bids shall not be accepted.
