Six bus tyres are required for a government technical college.
The contract value of Rs. 1.365 million is modest, suggesting standard commercial tyre sizes. The accumulative cost basis evaluation means total bid price for all six units determines winner, not unit rates. Tight 30-day bidding window. Bidders must hold active tax registrations; this is a straightforward supplies contract with no PEC requirements or technical certifications mentioned, making it accessible to registered tyre distributors and suppliers.
Who can bid: Active registration with Pakistan's Income Tax and Sales Tax Department is mandatory. Bidders must be tax-filers with current certificates. Typically, SECP registration is not required for goods suppliers unless operating as a company, though business entities should hold NTN. No PEC category or professional qualifications are mentioned for this supplies purchase.
