For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
ISMO is procuring tyres and batteries as goods under single-stage competitive bidding through ePADS.
The contract uses Least Cost Based Selection, indicating straightforward price comparison without technical scoring phases. Registration on ePADS v2.0 is mandatory; unregistered suppliers cannot bid. Bid security is required but flexible in form. The procurement size and delivery timeline are not specified in the available extracts, limiting assessment of scale and urgency. Suppliers should verify complete specifications and delivery terms in the full bidding document before committing resources.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate. Typically, suppliers of tyres and batteries must hold valid NTN (National Tax Number) and company registration with SECP (for corporate entities) or Sole Proprietor documentation. No specific PEC category applies as this is goods procurement, not construction. The notice does not state restrictions on foreign bidders or mandatory certifications; suppliers should confirm if ISO or quality certifications are required in the full technical specifications.
