Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works (C&W) Highway Division-II Peshawar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for the Annual Operation, Maintenance, and Repair (AOM&R) of roads for the financial year 2025-26. A specific project included in this tender is the repair and rehabilitation of a street with a drain near Sandal Khan Hujra on Main Mulazai Road, District Peshawar. Eligible bidders must be enlisted with the C&W Department and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above for the current financial year. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and maintain an active tax filer status. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 12:00 PM on 12 May 2026, with the financial bid opening scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day. A 2% bid security of the estimated cost and a tender fee of PKR 1,650 are required."
