The project scope includes the deployment of trained security guards, supervisors, and armed personnel to ensure the safety of students, faculty, and institutional assets 24/7. Contractors are expected to provide personnel equipped with necessary security gear and adhere to strict protocols for surveillance and access control. Eligible security agencies must be registered with relevant home departments, possess a valid NTN and SRB certificate, and demonstrate a successful track record in securing large educational or corporate infrastructures. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the bidding documents should be submitted to the procurement office by 15 May 2026."
