The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Peshawar, KPK, invites sealed tenders for large-scale urban and rural beautification projects. The scope of work is divided into three major lots, each with an estimated cost of 50.00 million PKR. Projects include infrastructure improvement and beautification at Urmar, Chamkani, and Lala Kalay; uplift activities at Regi, University Town, and Hayatabad; and street light installation and infrastructure works at Mahal Terai and Sikander Town. Bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, and eligible contractors must be registered with the PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department for the current financial year.
