The Town Municipal Corporation Ibrahim Hyderi, District Malir, Sindh invites tenders for the rehabilitation of paver block from National Highway Authority to Sher Muhammad Kamani Wala, UC-01 Chowkundi, TMC Ibrahim Hyderi. This is a single-stage two-envelope procurement under the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. The estimated tender value is PKR 2,923,700 with a tender money requirement of PKR 146,185. The scope encompasses pavement restoration and rehabilitation works at the specified location in the Ibrahim Hyderi area of Malir district, Karachi. The project duration is three months from the date of contract award.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC certificate in the relevant category with registration appropriate to the work scope. Contractors, firms and parties must demonstrate adequate experience in similar paver block rehabilitation and pavement works. Bidders are required to submit documentary proof of five years relevant experience, a valid Sindh revenue board registration certificate, valid NTN certificate, and turn-over documentation showing at least five years financial history of PKR 2 to 24 million. All documentation must be certified as satisfactory completion proof with specified dates from employers. Undertakings regarding litigation-free status and non-involvement in abandoned government projects are mandatory.
Bidding documents are available for download from the SPPRA ePADS website from 9 September 2026 to 21 September 2026 during office hours. Tender submission closes at 2:00 PM on 21 September 2026 at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Town Municipal Corporation Ibrahim Hyderi, Main National Highway Road near Benazir Elite Police Training Center, Razzakabad, Karachi. Technical bids will be opened on 21 September 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same venue. The successful bidder's security deposit will be released upon final contract completion.
