Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Abbottabad City, KPK, invites sealed tenders for large-scale uplifting and beautification activities across various Union Councils. The project is divided into two major lots: Lot 01 covers UCs including Pluck, Bakot, Namal, Boi, Kokmang, Nathiagali, and Havelian Urban, while Lot 02 focuses on UCs Salhad and Central Urban. Each lot has an estimated cost of 50.00 Million PKR. The work involves infrastructure improvements based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-annual) and Non-MRS items. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the PEC in category C-5 or above and enlisted with the C&W Department for the 2025-26 financial year. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals through the EPADS portal by 12:30 PM on 14 May 2026, accompanied by a 2% bid security (1.00 Million PKR per lot) in the form of a call deposit."
