Description / Scope of Work
The Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP) invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of clothing and liveries under tender reference TSE-2627091186201. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The total contract involves one line item for clothing and liveries supply. All procurement activities are conducted through the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA GOB), and bidders must register on this platform before submission. Tender fee is not required for participation in this procurement process.
Bidders must demonstrate eligibility through three assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at 3,000,000 PKR minimum in the previous three years, with turnover of at least 3,000,000 PKR in five subsequent previous years. Bidders must maintain active status on the Tax Payer List and hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any Pakistani procurement agency and must be present on the Active Tax Payer List. Bid security of 2 percent must be submitted in the form of a Deposit at Call certificate from a scheduled bank. Submission of the required bid security is mandatory; failure to provide it will render the bid non-responsive and ineligible during financial evaluation.
Tender documents are available from the BRSP office from the date of publication until 21 September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 21 September 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office address: H.No A-5 Gulshan-e-Janan Street, Sariab Road, Quetta.
