Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department (LG & RDD) in Tehsil Mathra, Peshawar, invites sealed tenders for major uplifting and beautification activities. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 01 focuses on infrastructure improvements within Tehsil Mathra, while Lot 02 covers beautification works at Panam Dheri, Chaghar Matti, Jogani, Garhi Sherdad, and various rural areas of Peshawar. Each lot has an estimated cost of 50.00 Million PKR. The projects are based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-annual) and Non-MRS items. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department for the current financial year. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 11:30 AM on 12 May 2026, supported by a 2% bid security (1,000,000 PKR per lot) in the form of a call deposit."
