Pakistan Mint, Lahore invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the disposal of scrap wood logs through open competitive e-auction conducted on a single stage one envelope basis. The disposal shall be executed strictly on an as-is-where-is basis without any warranty or guarantee, as detailed in Schedule-A of the bidding documents. The procuring agency is based in Lahore, Punjab and the disposal is governed by the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2026 and applicable PPRA frameworks. Interested bidders must submit their bids exclusively through EPADS Version 2.0 within the prescribed deadline and time, as manual bids will not be accepted.
Eligible bidders must possess legal capacity to enter into the transaction, provide valid CNIC or passport, furnish NTN or registration particulars where applicable, and demonstrate active taxpayer status if required. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by any competent authority, must not be employees or officials of Pakistan Mint, and must have no conflict of interest with the disposal process. Bidders are required to submit bid security or earnest money equal to Rs. 10,000 in the form of a pay order, demand draft, CDR, or banker's cheque. An affidavit or undertaking regarding eligibility and non-blacklisting status is mandatory, along with a declaration accepting the as-is-where-is basis and submission of firm or company registration certificate if applicable.
Interested bidders may inspect the scrap wood logs at Pakistan Mint, Lahore during working hours from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM subject to fulfillment of security protocols, with prior permission from the authorized officer. Bids are to be submitted by 22 September 2026 at 10:00 AM with opening scheduled for 22 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. The disposal committee will determine and the competent authority will approve the reserve price prior to commencement, which shall not ordinarily be disclosed to bidders. All applicable taxes, duties, levies and charges under prevailing laws shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
