Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Mardan, KPK, invites sealed tenders for extensive uplifting and beautification activities across various tehsils including Katlang, Rustam, Garhi Kapura, Takht Bhai, and Mardan. These projects, funded under ADP No 941/251118, involve infrastructure improvements and the installation of solar lights with estimated costs ranging from 13.09 million to 86.91 million PKR. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and Non-MRS items. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department for the 2025-26 financial year. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026, accompanied by a 2% earnest money deposit in the form of a call deposit. Bidders must also be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and KPRA."
