Prequalification of Firms for Civil Infrastructure Improvement and Maintenance Works at POF Havelian Cantt",

The Office of the Manager Civil at Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Havelian Cantt invites applications for the prequalification of firms and contractors for various civil infrastructure projects. The scope of work includes the improvement and uplifting of the prayer area and interior of the Central Jamia Mosque, rectification of leakage and seepage at the Hospital Medical Block, and roof repair and screeding for the POF Hospital. Additionally, the tender covers miscellaneous repair and maintenance works outside the Admin Gate, as well as term contracts for minor works and repairs within the Estate Area, Factory, and CAR Area. Interested contractors must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and submit their credentials by 09 May 2026 for the issuance of bidding documents. A 2% earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR is mandatory. The final technical and financial tenders will be received and opened on 12 May 2026 at the Bid Centre (Rabta Hall)."
