Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur Electric Power Company invites electronic bids for the sale of old unserviceable power transformers on an 'as is where is' basis through single stage single envelope procedure under national competitive bidding. The transformers are located at multiple 132kV grid stations under the SS&T Division in Dadu, Sindh, including facilities at Moro, Faridabad, Naushero Feroze, and Padidan. Interested bidders may inspect the unserviceable material on any working day during office hours at the designated grid station locations, with contact through the Superintending Engineer (GSO) Circle SEPCO Sukkur.
Eligible bidders must be tax payer registered firms with valid CNIC, NTN registration, and STRN if available. Bidders must not be blacklisted, debarred, or have defaulted against any disposal order with WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs. All bids must be accompanied by bid security or earnest money from schedule banks of Pakistan in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, or pay order valid for 150 days from tender opening. Bids must remain valid for 120 calendar days from opening date. Complete tender quotes are mandatory; partial bids will be rejected.
Bidding documents are available on E-PADS through the PPRA website. Interested bidders must register on E-PADS and submit documents electronically; bids submitted other than through E-BID will be treated as non-responsive. The tender will be opened on 28 September 2026 on E-PADS in the presence of bidder representatives at the office of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO, Room 201, 2nd Floor, Al Sehra Building, Minara Road near Session Court, Sukkur.
