For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
POF is procuring two distinct tool packages—42 items of standard cutting tools and a smaller special production tools set—both due same day.
This appears a routine consumable or capital replenishment rather than a new-product tender. Bidders must hold active tax registration and demonstrate manufacturer or authorized dealer status. The 27-day bidding window is moderate; online submission via POF portal is mandatory. Scale appears small to medium; tool procurement for a state ordnance facility typically involves modest-value contracts unless quantities obscure unit costs.
Who can bid: Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers or suppliers registered with Pakistan's income tax and sales tax departments. Typically, bidders in tool procurement must also hold relevant trade licenses and, if applicable, PEC registration depending on tool classification. No specific financial threshold or past performance requirement is stated in the notice.
