Description / Scope of Work
The Provincial Assembly of the Punjab (the “Procuring Agency”) has allocated sufficient
amount towards the cost of “Procurement of Stationery and Miscellaneous Items (Water
Dispenser, Electric Water coolers & Refrigerators)”.
2. E-Bids are invited from all eligible Bidders as per policy of the Government through Punjab
e-Procurement system under Rule (38)(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The EBids shall be received as per single stage one envelope procedure. All E-Bids shall be
accompanied by an online Bid Security equivalent to the percentage of the estimated cost
specified in the table below.
