Bulk pesticide supply contract (10+ million rupees) across five formulations in liquid and tablet form.
Notable: payment contingent on PCSIR lab analysis at contractor's cost; quantities may vary at work order stage. Appears one-off procurement for FY 2026-27. Bidders can bid single or multiple lots. Tight submission window (September 24, 2026). Falsified documentation triggers blacklisting.
Who can bid: Must hold active Income Tax or General Sales Tax registration for FY 2026-27. Typically, pesticide suppliers require provincial government approval and adherence to Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency standards. No specific PEC or manufacturing license mentioned; likely pesticide distributors eligible. Fake documentation results in disqualification and PPRA blacklisting.
