Government Teaching Hospital Shahdara, Lahore invites framework contract bids for the procurement of linen store items for the financial year 2026–2027. This is a recurring procurement framework designed to supply linen and related textile items to support hospital operations throughout the year. The contract encompasses various linen products required for patient care, housekeeping, and operational functions at the hospital facility in Lahore, Punjab. Bidders should note that this framework agreement will govern the terms and conditions for all orders placed during the specified financial period.
Bidders must meet standard eligibility criteria as set out in the Instructions to Bidders section. All participating vendors are required to submit a bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost as surety for their offer. Bidders should possess relevant registration and licences appropriate to the supply of textile or linen products, and must confirm their technical and financial capacity to deliver goods consistently throughout the contract period. The hospital retains the right to conduct inspections, audits, and tests of all supplied goods to ensure conformity with specifications and quality standards.
The tender deposit deadline is 22 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM at the hospital premises. Interested bidders must obtain the complete bidding documents, which contain detailed specifications, terms, conditions, evaluation criteria, and contract provisions, from the hospital's procurement office. Sealed bids must be submitted by the deadline; late submissions will not be accepted. All bidders are advised to carefully review the entire bidding package, including the general and special conditions of contract, before preparing and submitting their offers.
