Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) invites sealed technical and financial proposals from experienced firms and contractors for the upgradation of the Pakistan Handicraft Shop located at PSIC House, Davis Road, Lahore, Punjab. The project is estimated at Rs. 28,810,205 with an earnest money requirement of Rs. 1,440,510 and a completion period of four months. This single-stage, two-envelope procurement is conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above for the current year in relevant specialization fields, maintain valid legal entity status through SECP registration or Government organization recognition, and provide a valid tax certificate from FBR or PRA. Bidders must submit an undertaking on judicial stamp paper confirming they were never blacklisted by Punjab Small Industries Corporation. The earnest money must be submitted in the form of a CDR (Certified Cheque Requisition) favoring the Director (W&D), PSIC Head Office Lahore, at 5% of tender cost on the e-procurement website before bid closing at 10:00 AM on 28 September 2026.
