Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services invites pre-qualification applications from contractors and firms for multiple repair, maintenance and construction works at GE (Army) – I Malir Cantt in Sindh province. The tender encompasses fourteen distinct work packages including repair and roof treatment of miscellaneous buildings, TC B&R decoration works, TC sui gas and electric installations, construction works, maintenance of residential houses at various locations including Sahiwal Lines and Bostan Lines, MOQ Block E-75 maintenance, mechanical division minor works, office and barrack repairs, and supply of bazar materials for E&M and B&R items. The estimated scope and value will be provided at the time of tender document issuance. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Military Engineer Services in categories A, B, C, D or E. All applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and must provide comprehensive documentation including details of work experience executed during the preceding two years with amounts, time periods, commencement dates, completion dates and progress status. Bid security and other financial requirements will be specified in the tender documents upon pre-qualification approval.

Applications for pre-qualification should be submitted to the accepting officer at the address specified, with all required supporting documentation including MES registration certificates and PEC credentials.
