For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SNGPL is tendering boundary wall construction at an operational compressor station in Sui, Balochistan—a significant infrastructure facility in a remote location.
Scale appears medium-sized based on the single-contract structure. The corrigendum notation (CORR-P110461-001) signals this is an amended tender, suggesting prior interest or clarification requests. Bidders should note the site is in Balochistan and verify local mobilization capability. Single Stage-One Envelope with LCBS is straightforward but allows minimal opportunity for technical differentiation.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in an appropriate category for civil works construction. SNGPL bidding documents specify formal eligibility criteria; typically bidders require valid PEC registration, NTN, SECP registration (if applicable), and evidence of financial capacity. No stated restrictions on firm size or nationality in the notice.
