Description / Scope of Work
The Social Welfare and Bait Ul Maal Department, Sahiwal Division, Punjab, invites electronic bids for hiring of qualified and experienced firm(s) to provide comprehensive venue and catering services for collective marriage ceremonies across Sahiwal Division, covering the districts of Sahiwal, Okara, and Pakpattan. The tender reference is TENDER NO.002/2026 for financial year 2026-27. The project targets arrangement of 5,000 marriages district-wise with an estimated gathering of 1,200 guests per event. The scope of work includes provision of venue/hall with adequate seating and decoration, sofas and stage setup for couples, catering and local food arrangements (cooked on-site or locally procured), ambient lighting, sound system and display arrangements, guest management and security coordination, and weather proofing services as per the competent authority's specifications.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms capable of managing large-scale event logistics. The procuring agency will require bid security as specified in the bidding document.
