Description / Scope of Work
The Social Welfare and Bait Ul Maal Department of Punjab invites electronic bids from qualified firms for hiring of venue and catering services to manage logistics and arrangements of collective marriage ceremonies across Lahore Division. The framework contract for financial year 2026-27 encompasses provision of venues or halls with adequate seating and decoration, sofas and stage setup for couples, catering and local food arrangements either cooked on-site or locally procured, ambient lighting and sound systems, display arrangements, guest management and security coordination, and weather proofing. The initiative targets arrangement of approximately 5,000 marriages district-wise with estimated gathering of 1,200 guests per event. Submissions will be received through Punjab E-Procurement System (eP).
Eligible bidders must meet qualification requirements and provide bid security as specified in the bidding document. Firms must demonstrate experience and capacity to manage large-scale event logistics including catering for significant guest numbers, venue management, technical arrangements, and security coordination across multiple district-level ceremonies.
