Lahore Development Authority, UD Wing invites tenders for the construction and renovation of boundary walls at ten Christian graveyards located across Lahore, Punjab. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement on an item rates basis under PPRA Rules 2014. Firms must demonstrate closing bank balance of at least twenty-five percent of estimated cost and available bank credit line limit of twenty-five percent of estimated cost. Prior completion of at least three projects of equivalent or greater value in the last five years is mandatory, evidenced by work orders and performance certificates.
Bid security of five percent of estimated cost must be submitted digitally with bid documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded in PDF format by 25 September 2026 at 09:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 10:00 AM on the same date. All bids must be accompanied by digital bid security as per government instructions.
