Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (Maintenance & Project / Technical Department) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of drinking water coolers, water tanks and filtration systems to be installed at PNSC premises in Karachi, Sindh, specifically outside the Masjid area and at the West Wharf Workshop. This is a goods procurement advertised under FY 2026-27 budget allocation with reference P108004. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bidders must submit sealed bids accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. All interested bidders are required to register on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to access the complete e-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and technical requirements. The bidding documents include instructions to bidders, eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, price schedules, general and special conditions of contract, performance guarantee forms and integrity pact provisions.
Bid documents are available for download on EPADS v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/108004. Completed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened electronically using the EPADS platform.
