Description / Scope of Work
Commander 14th Destroyer Squadron, a Pakistan Navy unit based at JNB Ormara in Balochistan, invites quotations from reputed contractors and transporters for provision of Conservancy Services. The contract scope includes facilities management and maintenance services. Priority will be given to bidders already working with Defence Organizations or possessing a defence experience certificate. Bidders must be registered with GST and comply with PPRA Rules 2004. The conservancy services are required to maintain operational readiness and hygiene standards at the naval base located in Ormara, Balochistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered for GST Professional Tax purposes for Conservancy Services according to PPRA 2004 guidelines. A 2% bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft must accompany each proposal. Shortlisted bidders will be required to obtain security clearance from respective Naval Authorities as per established procedure. All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules in vogue. Preference is given to contractors with prior defence sector experience.
Tender documents costing Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) may be obtained from two offices during working hours (0900 to 1300 hrs) within 15 days of publication: the Store Office at COMDESRON-14 Base, JNB Ormara, Balochistan (telephone 021-32322157), or the DESRON-14 Camp Office at PN Dockyard Karachi (telephone 0343-5506651). All quotations must be submitted by 24 September 2026 at 1000 hrs at COMDESRON-14 Base. Opening of quotations will occur on 24 September 2026 at 1100 hrs in the presence of all representatives. The Commander 14th Destroyer Squadron reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
