Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH) Peshawar invites sealed bids for the hiring of professional security services for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) following a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with all relevant taxation and regulatory authorities, including the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28 April 2026 at the Finance Department of MTI-KTH. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 10:00 AM on 15 May 2026, accompanied by a bid security (CDR) of PKR 500,000 and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000. Quoted rates will remain valid until 30 June 2027."
