Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Services Company Haripur (WSSCH), a government entity operating under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the renovation of its office facility in Haripur. The project is valued at Rs. 4,996,863 and encompasses renovation works at the ground floor of the Ex-District Council Building, Khalabat Township Road, Haripur. Bids are invited from registered firms, companies, and contractors through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under single-stage-one-envelope methodology with item rate procedure, in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules (Amended), 2014.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the applicable category, hold valid NTN and STRN registrations with active filing status on FBR-ATL, and maintain active filing status on KPPRA. A tender fee of Rs. 2,000 is required for obtaining complete bid documents from the WSSCH office, available 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday until the closing date. A mandatory bid security of 2% must be uploaded on EPADS, with the original Call, Demand Draft, or Pay Order delivered to the Chief Executive Officer WSSC Haripur before the closing time. Additional bid security will be handled in accordance with KPPRA Notification No. SRO (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated May 10, 2022 or any subsequent updates.
The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 17, 2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the General Manager (HR, Admin, Procurement & IT). Complete tenders must be uploaded through EPADS before 11:30 AM on September 24, 2026 and will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the WSSCH procurement committee and interested bidders or their representatives. All quoted bids must be inclusive of applicable taxes, levies, and duties according to KPPRA Rules.
