Description / Scope of Work
The C&W Division-II Buner Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids for multiple road construction and rehabilitation projects across Buner district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Work scope includes improvement and blacktopping of 15-kilometre roads (Construction and Blacktopping of Swari Bypass Road), construction and extension of Battura Akhun Kalay Road via Koz Shamul with land cost under ADP Scheme 150803 for the fiscal year 2025–2026. Additional contracts involve re-advertisement for construction and rehabilitation of 30-kilometre roads in Tehsil Gagra and Tehsil Chagharazi District Buner (ADP 1314/250559 for 2025–26), with estimated costs ranging from PKR 3.38 million to PKR 147.513 million. Bidding is conducted under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 as amended, with both single-stage single-envelope and single-stage two-envelope formats available depending on project type.
Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration in Category C-6 and above (or as specified per work order), KPPRA registration, and comply with NIT requirements. Bid security of two percent of the Engineer's estimate is required and must be submitted as a Bank Calldeposit (CDR) electronically on the E-PADS system. Bidders are required to quote rates above or below Engineer's estimate with a maximum deviation of 10 percent below estimate. All bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under Finance Act 2013.
Bid documents are available from the office on any working day or via the official E-PADS website (www.epads.com.pk) and C&W website (www.c-w.gkp.pk) as well as KPPRA website before submission deadline. Bids must be submitted electronically per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (26)/Vol. 1–37/2024–23 dated 24-06-2026. Successful bidders must sign the agreement within 28 days of bid acceptance. Electronic bids will be displayed on the Online E-PADS System after 30 minutes of closing time. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division-II Buner.
