The Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation invites sealed tenders for the replacement of old, silted and collapsed existing RCC sewer pipes of various diameters along with rehabilitation of sewerage systems across multiple districts in Karachi. Four separate schemes are being tendered under single-stage open envelope procurement: Scheme 1 covers replacement of sewer pipes in South and Karangi areas with an estimated cost of Rs 189.00 million; Scheme 2 addresses similar work in South and Karangi with estimated cost Rs 218.00 million; Scheme 3 covers West and Malik areas with estimated cost Rs 142.00 million; and Scheme 4 focuses on Central areas with estimated cost Rs 142.00 million. The works encompass pipe laying, all-sided filling, allied work and rehabilitation of sewerage infrastructure across district South, Karangi, West, Malik and Central zones of Karachi, Sindh province.
Eligible bidders must possess relevant experience in Find seastering with similar completed works valued at 85 percent or more of the estimated cost. Bidders must provide audited financial statements and income tax returns for the preceding three years, along with Profitional Engineers' attestation. Minimum registration with the relevant Pradesh Engineering Country PEC is required in the appropriate category. A Security Pact with an added seal and Rs 1,860 security deposit must accompany the Tender. All bid documents are available on the EPADS portal and must be downloaded from the official website in accordance with SPP Notes 2016.
Bid documents must be downloaded from the EPADS website by the specified deadline. Bids shall be uploaded and submitted on the EPADS platform between the hosting date and 2026-09-23 at 02:36 PM. Opening of bids will occur on 2026-09-23 at 02:36 PM at the office of the Protective Safety Net KWSC, Room 13, First Floor Block C, Kararz Shahra-e-Faisal Karachi.
