For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SSGC seeks rental space for a Quetta sub-zonal office — a property leasing contract likely spanning 1–3 years with predictable monthly rent payments.
The procurement uses straightforward LCBS evaluation, meaning competitive bidding on price will be decisive. Bidders must be pre-registered on EPADS v2.0 and hold valid NTN; late registration may exclude capable landlords. The September 24 deadline is tight, requiring swift document preparation and portal submission.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0, hold a valid National Tax Number (NTN) from FBR, and be legally established in Pakistan. Property owners or real estate service providers typically require business registration (SECP for companies, or sole proprietor CNICs for individuals) and proof of property ownership or authority to lease. No specific PEC grade is mentioned; however, only parties capable of providing premises meeting SSGC standards are eligible.
