SSGC seeks rental premises for a new Sub Zonal Office in Jamshoro through competitive bidding.
This appears to be a one-time service procurement for securing commercial space rather than ongoing property management. The deadline is tight (September 24, 2026) and bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 before submission. The scope is relatively straightforward but requires understanding of SSGC's operational space requirements and local real estate market in Jamshoro. Success depends on meeting specifications and providing compliant bid security documentation.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and eligible per criteria detailed in the bidding document. The notice does not specify PEC registration, SECP incorporation, or NTN requirements explicitly; typically property owners or commercial rental agents would need valid business registration, NTN for tax purposes, and evidence of property ownership or authority to lease.
